Rock formation in open cut mine In the last two years gold has seen a significant price increase. Resource Base Ltd aims at taking advantage of the existing gold price by pursuing the following objectives:

- Bring into production its current portfolio of gold properties

- Explore the Bethanga tenements and bring into production any economic mineralisation that may be established as a result of the exploration program

- Expand the company’s portfolio of gold assets through acquisition and exploration. It will do this by using its cost effective project development

To achieve these objectives the Company has assembled a team of Directors having complementary skills. At various times members of the Board and management team have worked together through various projects dating back to the early 1980’s. The skill set includes cost effective tenement acquisition, exploration, feasibility studies, environmental impact statements, plant construction, mining and processing up to and including rehabilitation. Members of the Board and management team have been involved in these activities in both NSW and Victoria, the focus of the Company’s present tenement holding.
