Company profile

Resource Base Limited was incorporated on 15 March 2005 for the primary purpose of establishing a gold mining and exploration company.

The long term objective of the company is to increase the projected average life and the total value of its portfolio of operations, and prospective projects.

A key element in the Company’s strategy to achieve this objective is to have in place a team of directors and management with the capability to assess, acquire, bring to production-ready status and operate small to medium scale resource projects in a cost-effective manner.

The Company has assembled such a team with wide experience in tenement acquisition, exploration management, feasibility study, cost effective environmental effects statement preparation and approval, plant procurement, plant construction, plant commissioning, mining and processing operations management.
